Hello everyone,
On Friday, December 14, there will be a rally/press conference outside of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development office in solidarity with residents of New Orleans where 5000 units of public housing is slated for demolition even though the housing wasn't damaged at all by the flooding and there is an extreme shortage of affordable housing. Similar rallies are being held across the country. People will be there as early as 7:30 am to meet HUD workers on their way in to work, but there will be a presence all morning/day. ...See you!
